What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer Free Shipping if your total cart value for products is Rs. 700 or above. Shipping charges of Rs. 100 apply if your product cart value is less than Rs. 700. There are no delivery charges.

How long will delivery take?
We ship all our orders in 24-48 Hours excluding Public Holidays & Weekends. It takes around 4-7 days to deliver your order. Delivery time depends on your location.

Reporting Theft / Damage / Missing Item: Please open the package in front of Courier Delivery Boy and check for the complete content of the product and damages. If there is any theft or damage, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD. In case, the courier doesn’t allow the opening of the package without signing the POD, sign the POD, take the parcel but ask the courier to stay back to check the parcel in front of him and if any issue is found put the proper comment below your signature.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We do not store your card details. We use Razorpay for the Payment gateway so you can pay with confidence.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We ship your item as soon as we have received payments. After that, you will receive the tracking code of your shipment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Absolutely. We place an order invoice with your shipment.
