About us

A Little Family With a Lot of Creativity

Fashionvalley began in 2010 with a simple idea, to make jewellery we love, share it with people, and enjoy the work. We still work that way.

Our story

How We Got Here

  1. 2010

    It Started With eBay

We started selling our handmade jewellery on eBay in 2010, when it was still relatively new in India. The response was wonderful.

That small beginning gave us the confidence to build our own website and explore online shopping.

  2. Over the years

    Growing Across Marketplaces

We also sold through several marketplaces, along with a few other platforms we tried. We learned a lot, met wonderful customers, and made a great deal of jewellery.

    • Amazon
    • Flipkart
    • Snapdeal
    • Paytm
  3. Eventually

    When It Stopped Being Fun

Each new marketplace brought more orders, tight deadlines, and constant pressure. It also left little time for designing jewellery, the part we love most.

Fashionvalley started as a hobby and we wanted it to stay one. We wanted to spend our days creating new designs, trying out ideas, and watching people wear something we made.

We did not want Fashionvalley to become a business we had to chase.

  4. Today

    Back to Our Own Website

We stepped away from the marketplaces and came back to our own website, which we run at our own pace. Fashionvalley now sells only through this site. We are happy this way.

What we make

900+ Designs and Still Creating

Every year we look forward to making something new. Some ideas become collections, some become one-of-a-kind pieces, and some are experiments we make because we enjoy the process.

Our jewellery carries a special touch of Gujarat’s traditional jewellery, most strongly in our Navratri collections.

Navratri is especially close to our hearts. All the work feels worthwhile when someone wears our jewellery to Garba, celebrates with friends and family, and sends us a photograph from their Navratri night.

We make it, you celebrate in it, and somewhere in Ahmedabad our little family smiles.

Meet the family

A Family Business, Literally

Four of us run Fashionvalley today, each looking after a different part of it.

  • Portrait of Sharda Jadhav in a blue and gold suit, standing in a garden

    Sharda Jadhav

    The Creative Heart

Sharda owns Fashionvalley and is the creative force behind its jewellery. Her passion for handmade design shows in how she experiments with colours, beads, patterns, and traditional elements to make something different. She loves doing it.

  • A man in a blue shirt and a woman in a blue and gold suit, standing together in front of a wall of green leaves

    Vilas Jadhav

    The One Behind Every Parcel

Vilas looks after the operations side of Fashionvalley. He packs every order, ships it safely, and makes sure it gets where it needs to go. Customers rarely see this part of the business, though it keeps everything moving.

  • A man in a black t-shirt leaning against a tree trunk with his arms crossed, palm leaves behind him

    Tushar Jadhav

    The Digital Side

Tushar looks after the website, technology, marketing, and everything else digital. He works behind the screen and keeps our small family business in touch with customers online.

  • A woman with long black hair in an orange embroidered outfit and a layered pearl necklace, in front of a cream wall

    Rashmi Jadhav

    The Voice Behind the Brand

Rashmi brings Fashionvalley to life through content. She creates our reels and photographs, shares our jewellery, and tells the stories behind each piece, showing the world what our little family is making.

    Priyangi Jadhav

Operations and Social Media, Earlier On

Priyangi looked after both operations and social media at Fashionvalley a few years ago and remains part of the family.

Looking ahead

Small By Choice

Fashionvalley runs on four people, a lot of ideas, and a love for what we do.

We want to stay this way, creating new jewellery every year, experimenting, and making the pieces that excite us.

Fashionvalley began because we love making jewellery. We will keep making it for as long as we enjoy the process.
